Privacy Policy

SeerFeel (“the app”, “we”) is an entertainment app. This policy explains what information the app uses and where it goes. In short: the app has no accounts, and what you enter stays on your phone.

What stays on your phone

The following is stored only on your device and is never sent to us:

  • The name you choose to be called by (optional).
  • Your language, sound and notification settings.
  • Your history of answers, including the questions you type.
  • Your birth date, birth time and birth place for the birth chart.

Readings, including your birth chart, are worked out on your phone. The list of places used to find your birth place is built into the app; your search is not sent anywhere. We do not run servers that collect this information, and we cannot see it.

Notifications

If you turn on the daily message, the app schedules reminders on your phone itself. No push service is used and no information leaves your device for this.

Services the app uses

  • App updates (Expo). The app checks for and downloads updates from Expo’s update service. To deliver the right update, that service receives technical details such as your IP address, the app version and your device platform. See Expo’s privacy policy.
  • Advertising (Google AdMob). The app may show ads, including optional rewarded ads that you choose to watch. Google AdMob may collect and use device information such as your advertising ID, IP address and how you interact with ads, in order to show ads, measure them and prevent fraud. Where required by law, you will be asked for consent first. On iPhone, the app asks for your permission before any tracking, as Apple requires; if you decline, you still see ads, just not personalised ones.   • Purchases (App Store, Google Play). Premium features are bought through the App Store on iPhone and Google Play on Android. Payment is handled entirely by Apple or Google; we never see your card or payment details, only confirmation that a purchase is valid. See Apple’s and Google’s privacy policies.

Children

SeerFeel is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Deleting your information

You can clear your history in the app under Settings. Uninstalling the app removes everything it stored on your phone.

SeerFeel’s answers and readings are for entertainment. They are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
